Mr. Michael F. Bieg, P.E., President and Partner
B.S. Mechanical Engineering, University of Missouri – Rolla

Mike currently heads our Construction Project Team. He has 25 years of experience in mechanical, plumbing, process and HVAC contracting, project engineering and service. Mike is licensed as a Master Plumber, Master Drain Layer and Process Piping Contractor. He has received formal training from ASHRAE's Learning Institute on Building Commissioning. In addition to having responsibility for our construction project team, Mike participates in all strategic planning, oversees all business development initiatives, he has the responsibilities of project management, commissioning, and closeout of construction and service projects. He was the project director for the Danforth Plant Science Center and was the engineer of record for all piping and plumbing systems on the project.

 

Mr. Timothy Schaeffer, P.E., Vice President and Partner
B.S. Mechanical Engineering, University of Missouri – Rolla

Tim leads our Design/Build Team. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Missouri and Illinois. He has 25 years of experience in design and management of commercial and industrial HVAC and process systems. In additional to having responsibility for our Design/Build Team, Tim participates in business development, project management, and the construction and commissioning of commercial and industrial projects. Tim has significant experience with design/build hospitals, schools and laboratories.
