Our years of experience allows our team the edge to address even the trickiest maintenance challenges. We have protocols in place for working in industrial, high-tech manufacturing, healthcare, and institutional environments.

  • Quality Control

    Certification

Our technicians hold specialized certifications for most major manufacturers’ equipment and controls.

  • Maintenance

An ounce of prevention really is worth a pound of cure. If you want to safeguard your system from potential emergency service calls down the road, we can recommend a customized preventative maintenance plan to complement your needs.

  • Expedited Projects Team (EPT)

The primary focus of this group is the performance of small projects (up to $750K). The EPT identifies projects that require a high degree of mobility, quick deadlines and quick mobilization. The  team consists of mobile jobber pipefitters, mobile jobber tinners and project management. Since its inception, this group has completed over $4.5M in small projects, for some of the largest and most demanding customers including Washington University, WUSM, Pfizer-Meridian, Pfizer, Curium, Nesher and a host of others. In several cases, the group performed as a prime contractor, engaging with up to a half-dozen sub-contractors (Electrical, Controls, Insulators, Excavation, Laborers, Hoisting, General Carpentry, etc.)

  • Building Automation

By working with trusted controls vendors and developing strong relationships, we are able to perform controls/automation design, engineering, programming and installations. The Service Department is also able to provide our internal and external customers with a hard quote for turnkey installation, avoiding compounded markups and greatly reducing costs associated with engineering, programming and start-up. Our new Controls/Automation Prefabrication Station allows us to pre-address, pre-program and pre-mount controllers on a variety of equipment. We are also able to use this work station for controls diagnostics and testing.
